Prices for the 2012 Season

Terms of Hire

The minimum length of hire is 1 week and usually begins on a Friday (first day of hire). The vehicle can be collected from 16:00 and must be returned before 10:00 on the last day of hire. Exceptions from the above rules can possibly be made if the booking situation permits.
For periods of 3 weeks of hire or more we will offer you a discount.

If you just intend to make a short trip we can offer you our “Quickie”, which is a trip between 3 and 6 days of hire. The “Quickie” can be booked short-term only and is offered during low and mid season.

The above-mentioned times for pick up and return of the vehicle also apply here to the first and last day of rental.

The days of pick up and return will count as just one day of hire (Out of a.m. seasons rentals of at least 4 weeks are eventually possible).

We do not charge for miles travelled if the period of hire is at least 1 week -
you have unlimited free mileage !!!

Only when booking a "Quickie" the mileage is limited to 300 km per day. Every additional kilometer will be charged extra at a rate of Euro 0,40.

We ask for your understanding
that the following conditions, without exception, are met:

• Smoking inside the vehicles is strictly forbidden
• Only the person hiring the vehicle or those passenger(s) named by the driver may drive the vehicle.
• All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have possessed a valid driving licence for at least 1 year.
• Journeys in Eastern Europe or outside of Europe require the advance approval of the hire company (insurance). Journeys in warzones or danger areas are strictly forbidden.

The Price includes:

• VAT
• Unlimited mileage (except "Quickie")
• Third party, fire and theft
• Fully comprehensive insurance
• Extension lead and adaptor
• Levelling wedges
• Drinking water (filling) hose
• Cleaning kit (hand-brush, dustpan, bucket)
• Crockery and pots and pans
• bicycle carrier
• parking of your car in our warehouse

Service Charge

In addition to the hire prices outlined above, there is a one off charge of € 95 to pay. This covers:

• Pick up (including instructions) and return of the vehicle
• WC chemicals, potable water desinfection treatment, motor oil
• minimum 16 kg gas
• Cleaning of the exterior of the vehicle after return
• breakdown insurance for coverage in Europe
• Camping- and motorhome sites guide Europe
• mattress covers

Deposit

Upon pick up of the vehicle, at the latest, a cash deposit of € 1000 has to be lodged with the company NORDIC Wohnmobile. The deposit will be returned after re-delivery of the vehicle, if everything is found to be in accordance with the terms of the contract.
